Discount Products
Q: What does participating locations mean?
A: Sometimes the local dealer puts participating locations next to an offer due to multiple merchant owners in an area and only one of the merchants may have signed the agreement to be on the card but the others may take the card but may not be bound by the agreement.
Q: The local merchant is not accepting the discounts, what do I do?
A: Some retail places have new staff and have not received training on how to handle the discount. Your local fundraising coach will be able to contact the merchant and resolve your issue. Please be as specific as possible when emailing the local fundraising coach so they can look into the situation in a timely manner with as much information as possible.

A: When Internet Explorer changed from IE8 to IE9, there have been some issues. When updating the browser, it has solved most login issues. We have not seen issues with Google Chrome (v13.0.782.220), Internet Explorer 9 (v9.0.8.112.16421) and Firefox (v3.6.16):
Here is how to update your browser.
Update Internet Explorer 9
Keeping Windows Internet Explorer updated will help make your browsing experience more secure and help fix or prevent problems. Internet Explorer updates are included with Windows updates.
- Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button
. In the search box, typeUpdate, and then, in the list of results, click Windows Update.
- In the left pane, click Check for updates.
- If you see a message telling you that important updates are available, or that optional updates are available, click either message to view the updates.
- Make sure the Internet Explorer updates that you want to install are selected, clickOK, and then click Install updates.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
